First, the spacing of flat steel is open. According to the national standard, 30 is the center distance of flat steel. Generally, the spacing of flat steel is 30, and the actual center distance is 35. That saves at least 10 percent!
Second, the thickness of flat steel is insufficient, only less than 4.5mm. The higher requirement is 4.75 mm. This saves another 7%.
Thirdly, the width of flat steel is not enough, only 28 or even lower of 32 wide flat steel.But often the board is surrounded by 32 widths,Nothing can be found without attention.This strategy saves 5%.
